These programs are independently administered and do not effect the performance of your system. Participation in either program (or both) is optional but adds to the returns your system generates.

What do I need to do?
There are five easy steps to earn yearly revenue with Solar Offset:

1. Sign up
2. Provide evidence of your eligibility
3. Complete an Agreement
4. Submit your system data once a year
5. Get paid once a year

This program is available to all Alberta residents (and Saskatchewan with Alberta utilities) with solar energy systems. Join the program, with a donation to our local food bank.

The High Export Rate program is designed for solar micro generators who are exporting more energy to the grid then they are using. If your system is smaller choose the low export rate and enjoy competitive pricing. Sign up for the MicroGen Solar Rate in the spring when your system is at optimal production.
